This a 2,846 sqft. Victorian style home built in 1927, in the Boradmore historical district of New Orleans. Each duplex contains 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Renovations was a huge undertaking starting with raising the foundation by at least 4" to meet code. Other major renovations included replacing plumbing and drainage pipes to the downstairs apartment, adding a new roof (2x....funny story), replacing windows, siding, securing the load bearing beams, painting, new HVAC system, electrical rewiring and remodel of landscaping front and back. Of course the interior required a complete overhaul of both units. While this property by far was the one of our most extensive jobs, completion was done in 5 months in 2021 and today it's worth values at half million.
